Returns & Exchanges

At Drap Store, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Drap Store account and select the items you wish to return from your recent orders to generate a return authorization.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
